Fosdick History
The Annual Meadows Valley Benefit Golf Tournament known as "The Fosdick", has been helping Meadows Valley for 26 years. It was originally started by a group of relatives and friends of a FBI agent/former Idaho law enforcement officer who earned the nickname "Fearless Fosdick" (The satirical, cartoon version of Dick Tracy). It eventually became a benefit tournament that has supported a variety of Meadows Valley organizations. Last year, thanks to widespread participation, over $30,000 was distributed among eight Meadows Valley groups.
